P.Ramalingam - born Nov 1955 and educated in India. US citizen. Masters in Mathematics and Masters in Computer Science (from IIT Madras, "one of the top 100 engineering colleges in the world"). Topped the university.

Moved to US in 1980. Worked in Software Development hands-on with Banking Industry in New England (Boston, Portland) for about 3 years and then moved to Los Angeles. Worked in Banking (CitiBank, BofA), Entertainment, HealthCare (PacifiCare) and Petroleum industries as employee of Software Consulting companies. Won Excellence & Achievement awards as employee of Digital Equipment Corporation. Incorporated SREE Consulting Services in Buena Park, CA offering software consulting in 1992. Later joined a partner and incorporated RAD InfoTech in 1997 in Santa Fe Springs, CA and provided services for clients including Santa Fe Pacific Pipelines.
Moved to India in 1998. Incorporated RAD InfoTech India in Chennai, India as an offshore center of RAD InfoTech in CA.

Current Titles:
Incorporated AmbaSoft Inc., in Jul 2000 in Torrance, CA with different partners. Incorporated Rajasri Systems in Chennai, India in Sep 2000. Since then, have been providing offshore software development services from India and also helping AmbaSoft Inc., in LA manage its offshore center. Rajasri's clients are in USA, Europe, Australia, Israel and Japan.Incorporated RIPE Academy of Soft Skills in Oct 2003 in Chennai, India to provide Soft Skills training to college students and corporate employees. Train about 50K students a year. Have a network of about 100 trainers.
Founder/President of a non-profit organization called Association of Soft Skills Trainers (ASTRA), registered in India
Trustee in a number of charitable trusts in India.

Think of myself as creative; and as a good people manager. With this self-image, been enjoying coming to work everyday. Like to read. Like to write. Have published a few books in India.
