Mr. P.J.Venkataraman

Mr. Venkataraman is a man of principles, with more than 4 decades of experience. He worked in major corporate like L&T, TNEB and National Banks. He started his career as a technical consultant in the field of Civil Engineering comprising of constructions, power plants, soil conservation, agricultural development, industrial development, small scale industries development, industrial finance and agricultural finance through Banks. Mr. Venkataraman’s hard work, sincerity and passion towards HRD, has elevated him as a Principal of a bankers training college funded by NABARD and he served as Principal for more than 5 years before his retirement. The day after his retirement he joined RIPE as Head Training Programmes and within a short span of 2 years he became the General Manager in charge of Marketing , Finance and Training related operations of RIPE.
Mr. Venkataraman is a well-noted Stress Management Trainer and has conducted more than 100 workshops on Stress Management and has trained and continues to train more than 1000 of individuals every year. A well-noted public speaker, his specialty areas include Stress Management, Communication with Impact, Organization Behavior and other Personality Development related topics |

In a short span of time he was recognized as one of the leading voice and accent trainer in India. Mr. Suresh with his natural ability and proven academic skills, was one of the most sought trainer, and with the above credentials he slowly transformed into a soft skills trainer handling core soft skills programmes for Corporate and Educational Institutes.
