Mr. P.J.Venkataraman Director, Finance & Administration Mr. Venkataraman is a man of principles, with more than 4 decades of experience. He worked in major corporate like L&T, TNEB and National Banks. He started his career as a technical consultant in the field of Civil Engineering comprising of constructions, power plants, soil conservation, agricultural development, industrial development, small scale industries development, industrial finance and agricultural finance through Banks. Mr. Venkataraman’s hard work, sincerity and passion towards HRD, has elevated him as a Principal of a bankers training college funded by NABARD and he served as Principal for more than 5 years before his retirement. The day after his retirement he joined RIPE as Head Training Programmes and within a short span of 2 years he became the General Manager in charge of Marketing , Finance and Training related operations of RIPE. Mr. Venkataraman is a well-noted Stress Management Trainer and has conducted more than 100 workshops on Stress Management and has trained and continues to train more than 1000 of individuals every year. Mr. J.Krishnan B.Com (Hons), MBA Head, Training A confident person having served twenty years in Defense and 5+ years of corporate experience in the fields of Administration, Marketing and Training and with a mindset tuned for performance, innovation, efficiency and effectiveness. Served in Indian Air Force from 02 Feb 1985 to 28 Feb 2005, in various regions namely Delhi, Pathankot – Punjab, Ahmadabad, Chennai & Tirupathi. Mr. Krishnan retired as Senior Non Commissioned Officer.
Captain Ayyappan Pillai Head, Institutional Sales A retired Captain of Indian Army, Captain Ayyappan Pillai is stentorian pillar of RIPE’s Marketing Efforts. Mr. Pillai is in charge of sales at RIPE. Mr. Pillai through his sincere efforts has been instrumental in increasing the turnover of RIPE year after year. His client acquisition and retaining skills needs no proof,as RIPE is sailing high with a client base of more than 100 trusted clients all over India.
Mr. S. SURESH SENIOR CONSULTANT- TRAINING A post graduate in English from The University of Madras, Started his career as a Voice and Accent trainer with a leading IT Organisation. In a short span of time he was recognized as one of the leading voice and accent trainer in India. Mr. Suresh with his natural ability and proven academic skills, was one of the most sought trainer, and with the above credentials he slowly transformed into a soft skills trainer handling core soft skills programmes for Corporate and Educational Institutes. His in-depth knowledge and his positive attitude has made him an undoubted lead trainer. Mr. Suresh is a lead trainer at RIPE and he is in charge of soft skills content development and train the trainer programmes. His media appearance includes Udaya TV, Vijay TV, Headlines Today etc.

Mr V J ASHOK Senior Transformation Specialist An Ex-Banker with nearly 3 decades of experience, out of which , worked for 15 years in HR Department. He had been an active member of the Quality Circle Movement of the Bank and had travelled extensively throughout the country and also abroad, including Tokyo, Japan for several International and National QC Conventions. A trainer with keen belief in individual motivation , he touches the souls of the participants with his motivational sessions. He is a much sought after trainer . An active member of ASTRA.
