In 1997, as India marched into a new era powered by technology and innovation, a silent need echoed across campuses and boardrooms. While the country was producing top-tier tech graduates for the growing information technology revolution, a crucial skill set was missing. These bright minds could code but could not communicate. They could execute tasks but struggled to lead. The corporate world needed more than just technical knowledge. It needed professionals equipped with confidence, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership presence. RIPE Consulting Services Private Limited was started to fill this critical gap. Founded by Mr P Ramalingam, alumnus of IIT Madras, and Dr V Vijay Anand Sriram, alumnus of SSSIHL and SCSVMV, RIPE introduced a structured, research-driven, and deeply human approach to training, coaching, and brand consulting. Over the last two decades, RIPE has transformed thousands of individuals and organisations through powerful training programs, leadership coaching, team building training, motivation workshops, and inspiring keynote addresses.
